Shipping Policy - For Digital and Online Projects

At Graphic Logo Designs, we use common delivery methods:

1. File Sharing Platforms
Google Drive/Dropbox/OneDrive: These are cloud storage services that allow designers to upload their work and share the link with clients for easy access and collaboration. It’s commonly used for larger files or entire folders of work.

WeTransfer: A popular platform for sending large files (up to 2GB for free). It's often used for quick transfers of completed projects.

2. File Formats
Print Projects:

PDF (Portable Document Format): For things like brochures, posters, and other print collateral, PDF is the most common format.

AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS: For vector-based designs, such as logos or custom illustrations, these file types are preferred for scalability.

TIFF or PNG: For raster images, like photos or web graphics, TIFF and PNG are common choices, especially if transparency or high resolution is needed.

Digital/Online Projects:

JPEG/PNG: These are the standard for images meant to be displayed on websites or social media. They balance file size and image quality.

GIF/SVG: GIFs for animations and SVG for scalable web graphics (icons, illustrations) are commonly used for online delivery.

3. Project Management Tools
Trello, Asana, or Basecamp: These tools can help manage the design project by uploading files, leaving feedback, or assigning tasks. These are especially useful for clients who prefer a more structured workflow.

4. Email
Direct Email Attachments: Simple and easy, especially for smaller files or one-off files like logos or social media graphics. However, most email servers have size limits for attachments.

5. Client Portals

For large agencies or established clients, a custom client portal may be set up. This could be a secure location where designers upload files for review and approval. It’s often integrated with feedback tools (like proofing systems).

6. Physical Deliverables (Rare)
USB Drive: Some clients may request physical delivery of files on a USB drive, though this is quite rare these days.

Printed Materials: In some cases, like when delivering final print designs or physical marketing materials, the designer may deliver actual printed copies.

7. Feedback and Revisions

Online Proofing Tools: Websites like InVision, Figma, or ProofMe allow clients to leave comments and annotations directly on the design files for feedback. This can be very efficient for review cycles.

8. Version Control

GitHub/Bitbucket (For Web Design/Development): For web projects, designers and developers might use version control platforms to track changes to code and design files.

Creative Cloud (For Adobe Users): With Adobe’s Creative Cloud, designers can use version history, so clients can access previous iterations if needed.
