Refund Policy for Graphic Logo Designs
At Graphic Logo Designs, we strive to provide exceptional design services and ensure our clients are satisfied with their final logos. However, to ensure fairness for both parties, we have established the following Refund Policy.
By working with Graphic Logo Designs, you acknowledge and agree to the
terms outlined below:
1. Non-Refundable Retainer
To secure your spot in our design schedule, we require an upfront deposit (retainer fee) of 30% of the total project cost. This fee is non-refundable and covers initial planning, research, and the beginning stages of the design process.
2. Refunds Before First Design Draft
If for any reason you choose to cancel the project before we deliver the first design draft, we will refund 50% of the total project cost, minus the non-refundable retainer fee. This refund will be issued within 10 business days of cancellation.
3. Refunds After First Draft Submission
Once the first draft or concept is delivered, no refund will be issued, as the project has already entered a stage where time, resources, and design work have been committed.
4. Revision Process
We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. These revisions are included in the agreed-upon project price.
Additional revisions beyond the third round will incur a fee of $X per hour.
If, after the final round of revisions, you are still not satisfied with the design, we will continue working with you to adjust the design until you are happy with the final result. No refunds will be issued at this stage.
5. Final Approval and Completion
Once the final logo design is approved and delivered, the project is considered complete. At this stage, no refunds will be issued.
6. Project Termination Clause
If you choose to terminate the project after work has begun, we will issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of termination, minus the non-refundable retainer and any expenses incurred up to that point.
7. Client Satisfaction
We are committed to providing high-quality design work and ensuring that you are satisfied with the final result. If you are unhappy with the design, please inform us before the final approval stage so we can address any concerns. We will make every effort to revise the design to meet your expectations.
8. Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of design work until payment is received.
Final payment is due upon project completion and before the delivery of the final logo files.
