Welcome to GRAPHIC LOGO DESIGNS. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website 
and services. By accessing our site or working with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you 
do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services
We provide graphic design services, including but not limited to:

Logo and brand identity design

Print design (e.g., business cards, brochures, packaging)

Digital graphics (e.g., social media posts, banners)

Web and UI design

A full scope of work will be outlined in a project proposal or agreement before the start of each project.

2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide clear, timely communication and feedback

Supply necessary content, materials, or information in a timely manner

Review and approve designs within agreed-upon timelines

Ensure you have the rights to use any content you supply (e.g., logos, images, text)

3. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work begins

The balance is due upon final delivery or as specified in the contract

Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after 30 days

Payment Methods: Credit card, Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, etc.

All prices are in "CAD" unless otherwise stated.

4. Revisions
We typically include "5 days" rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra fees, 
which will be communicated in advance.

5. Ownership & Copyright
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final, approved designs

We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio or marketing unless agreed otherwise

Source files (e.g., .AI, .PSD) are included only if specified in the project scope or upon request

Unapproved or rejected concepts remain the property of GRAPHIC LOGO DESIGNS.

6. Turnaround Time
Project timelines vary depending on the scope. Estimated delivery dates will be outlined in the proposal or contract. 
Delays caused by client inaction, such as waiting on feedback or materials, may extend delivery time.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel after the project begins, a cancellation fee may apply

The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced

We reserve the right to cancel any project at our discretion due to unprofessional behavior, 
lack of communication, or breach of agreement

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages

Printing or production errors caused by third-party vendors

Copyright or trademark issues related to client-supplied content

You are responsible for reviewing and approving final designs before use or production.

9. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the project will not 
be disclosed to third parties without consent.

10. Use of Work for Portfolio
We may showcase completed design work in our portfolio, website, or marketing unless you 
request otherwise in writing.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of CANADA. Any disputes shall be handled in the 
jurisdiction of KANATA, ON.

12. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 
immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
